Air-Time the BBQ

Friends tipped me to join the Air-time bbq in Tilburg last weekend, straight after the Hotrod show!
So we went to the bbq straight after we picked up the oval.

Nice meeting, lots of nice rides, and the bbq was very(!) good!
When this show returns, I will be there again :)

Bottrop Kustom Culture 2009

Last suturday we've been to Bottrop (D) to the hotrod Kustom Culture show With our friend Léon.
WICKED Meeting!!
What a very, very awesome cars........... chopped, slammed, no fenders, no windows, stretched, etc etc etcI want one myself one day, if I ever can find time to build someting (of finish a project ;) :)

Cruisenight, June 2009

BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG Show last night!!
Because of the very nice weather, more then 65 cars showed up at the Aircooled Cruise Night tonight :)
Splits, ovals, typIIs and III's, and several watercooled cars came together for a chat and a drink at La Baraque in 7huizen.
We had a great time, and made a lot of pics!!!

Busy weekends!

This weekend was  Whitsunday, so we had a few days off!
Been to Scheveningen on sunday, and pulled the engine out of the oval on monday :)
We have to get some cars ready for the season..... it's very busy at the moment as you can see, there are still some cars waiting outside!
the '57 is meeting-ready, that's for sure!!

'66 narrowed

We have another member in the narrowed beam society :)
My friend Frank installed a 2,5" narrowed beam that I made for him a few months ago!
Looks ace!
More will be done on this ride in the future, but the stance is great so far!

3" baby!

A few weeks ago I made a 3" narrowed beam for my friend Bjorn, because his tires rubbed the fenders with his new dropped spindles.
Looks sweet!!

He's now working on a Judson for this ace ride :)

Aircooled Cruisenight #42

Cruisenight #42 is a fact!
It was a bit rainy later in the evening, but it started dry!
Because I spoke to a lot of guys on retromania last weekend, a lot of Golf I's showed up as well...cool!
A total of 40 cars, air- and watercooled rolled in, not bad for a rainy CINCO DE MAYO :)

Retro VW Mania '09

What a great show.......as always :)

We had a birthdayparty for my little Niece in the late afternoon, so we decided to drive to Zemst and visit Retro Mania just before the party.
Im glad we did!
Very nice weather,the sun came trough around 12,  and a lot of awesome cars showed up.
Saw a lot of good friends, had some beer and burgers, good times!

Bollenrit 2009

Just got home from the bollenrit 2009 in Noordwijk (NL)
As borat would say....VERY NICE!
It started with a llittlebit rain, but ended with sun on the boulevard of Noordwijk.

Yesterday, we've been to the S.I.N.S hotrod meeting in wieze (B)
Damn, what a cars!!
that's something reaaally different then the Volkswagen shows that we're used to, absolutely awesome!
I'm writing down Bottrop Custom Culture in my Agenda :)
