Fresh paint for the oval !

There was a small delay because the original L275 was really hard to get.....but the inside is painted!

Probably the outside is painted too at the moment, but I hadn't have time to have look today.

More pics will follow, and pickup will be wednesdaynight!

Wheels for the split

The Enkei's are ON!

What a superwheels, we always liked them, and now was the time to mount a set on the split.

Here are the first pictures, we will take the car outside this saturday :)

2nd fender has been welded too, my friend Bjorn will take car of the rest.

Aircooled Cruisenight #49

Good weather, so lots or cars showed up... SUPER!

ALways nice to see so mucxh people are drving to LA Baraque with their aircooled ride, even all the way from Deventer with three cars.... :)

Romy oval, engine is back in!

Always good to have a few days off, so we can work in the garage!

The engine is back in, doorpanels are cleaned, interiorlight is fixed, and a lot of other stuff has been done :)

Just a few more weeks to go, and this car will be rollin' again!!
More updates on wednesday, then the wheels will arrive :P

Easter paintjob

We went to the painter today, because they were working trough easter too :)

The whole car is primered, and the last sanding will be done tomorow!

The body will be painted on wednesday or thursday, so this saturday the oval will be back in my garage!

Happy easter everybody :)

Too bad we don't have time to search for eggs, there's a split waiting!

Today we finished the engine, and it's going back in tomorrow.

I'm working on the fenders now, we bought 2 new ones wich will get a dimple like original split fenders.

Not a lot of picures for today, more will follow tomorrow!

Today I dropped by at the painter to see the progress.....and my car was allready in the cabin!
They're working trough easter, so it's maybe ready Next weekend!

VW Classic 2010

My good friend Ron told me a few months ago he wanted to put a car from us on the classicposter, and if I could send a few pictures of our rides.

Well, the poster is ready, and we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw it......Winky, Finny, Thnkpnk, Slamshop, and my old oval with scallops, redlines, and a Blackplate that says "VA"

This is really a cool poster!!

Can't wait to see it for real when I'm at the classic!

Looks like an engine again !

The 25hp starts to look like an engine again :)

Last pieces are painted, so the engine will be back in this easter!
Then we can start on the interior and rearfenders!!
