Oldtimer meeting bleiswijk

Been with some friends to the Oldtimer meeting in bleiswijk today!
good weather.....so most people took their cars out of the garage to come to bleiswijk :D
Good meeting, lots of parts......but not much VW related stuff.
We had a great day, check out the pictures we took!

Bus problems

The VA split needs some work, so I started to restore the bus a littlebit....otherwise it will fall apart in a short matter of time :(
there are holes everywhere!
The left side has the most problems, inner fenders are rotten, same as the inner sills, etc etc
Technically we have Bad tires,
balljoints, electrical system,
and more of that kind of crap....

My old '58

It's almost a year ago.....but I still miss my old '58 :(
Damn, that was one hell of a ride!

Been there, done that!
740km on the counter this weekend of our '57 oval :)
What a blast, beautiful weather on saturday...........cloudy on sunday, but still a lot of action at the strip!
We had the best time ever, next year again, FOR SURE !

Finally, Das Drag Day again !!!
Really love this meeting, the best show of the year IMHO !
When the weather s fine, you will see the best wheelies here, and the best beers offcourse :D
Hope to see you overthere, we will leave in just a few hours.......

Almost time to drive the oval to Das Drag Day #6.
